Harb has been riding since 1971.  He is eternally grateful to the friend who sold him his first bike...this friend refused to give Harb the bike until he showed up with a helmet and gloves although none were required by law!  His first bike was a Yamaha CT-3 175cc enduro, purchased and ridden in Panama.  The next bike was a Yamaha RT-3 360cc enduro, ridden in Taipei and Mayport, FL.  The 3rd bike was a Honda CB500T...nice enough for day trips in Virginia, but vibrated like a tuning fork.  While stationed in Spain, he bought a used Ducati for the unbelievable sum of $130.  After a year of loving restoration, it became quite a talking point with the locals!  Harb bought his first BMW at Iron Horse in 1999.  It was a beautiful R1100RT which provided 52,000 miles of excitement and trouble-free touring across the U.S.  He currently rides a 2004 R1150RT. 

Harb is a retired naval officer with over 30 years of service.  His hobbies include digital photography, travel, and riding with his friends.
