2003 Honda XR650L - $3500. This bike is Honda's flagship dual sport bike. Depending on your riding style, you can put full-on knobbies or 80/20 (more street) tires and make it your own. I've ridden both types. Recently, I put knobbies on it and have been only riding in the desert. It is, by far, the best dual sport you will find. This bike can go 90 mph, so highways, interstate, desert roads, mountain trails, it can do ANYTHING! The bike has the normal scratches from being ridden in the desert and around mesquite, etc. It has nice racks that I bought on EBay. I also have denier side and top bags for it. The sun has faded the side bags but they are great for this bike. It has almost 14000 miles which is right on track with KBB.com for this bike. KBB prices this bike at $2910+ add-ons. This bike has Acerbis hand guards, Clarke 4 gallon desert tank (gets 200 miles per tank), moose off road pegs, pro taper 3/4 desert handle bars, full set of side and rear racks, an easily removable windscreen (makes riding so much nicer), FMF pipe, engine skid plate, Dunlop D606's front and back. 2004 Suzuki DR650-S. 4100 miles, Corbin Saddle, Clearview windshield, 4.9 gal. IMS tank, Suzuki stickers on the 4.9 gal tank, centerstand, FMF exhaust, Happy Trails racks with Pelican 1500's mounted, new Pirelli Scorpions with Moose tubes, Wolf tank bag, 14 tooth front sprocket, tailrack, new AGM battery, K&N filter and air box modified, Bark Buster hand guards, bar risers, new brake pads front and back with speed bleeders, valve adjusting tool and feeler guage. I built this for adventure touring but my back isn't liking it anymore. All stock take-offs are like new condition and are boxed up. I usually get between 55/60 mpg with this bike. 2007 Suzuki DL1000 VStrom - $6000. Blue and Black. This bike is the best all-around Southern Arizona bike! Head out on the highway in a comfortable upright position and take any desert or mountain road you pass on this overly capable bike. It is a 6 speed so it gets great mileage. I've never checked it, but you can go hundreds of miles on a tank. I added the top case (all the cases are OEM), the laminar lip on the windscreen. The windscreen is adjustable and the lip makes it so nice, no helmet buffeting at high speed. Tires are practically new, the bike has 11,350 miles on it but I commute on it from Bisbee to Ft Huachuca almost daily. The bike can be seen in either place. KBB puts this bike at $6000+ for the bags, low mileage, etc. I'm asking $6000 or best real offer. My friends ride Triumph Tigers and BMW GS's, they all love this bike too at a fraction of the price.
