SEAT Lunch at Lupe’s,
Oracle Junction, AZ
March 2006
Lupe’s did a good job of taking care of
us. We pretty much arrived at about the
same time and filled up the tables they set up for us. Nice touch.
The day was about as perfect as you could
ask for to go for a ride. Lupe’s is on
the way to some serious northern riding.
The loop up to Globe and back through Superior and Kearny is an
excellent ride.
The eye candy in the parking lot was top
notch. John Cartwright, the owner of
Iron Horse Motorcycles, rode in on a pretty nice bike. But hey, the flaming skull on David Sorkow’s
bike was hot!
Thanks to the SEAT Café Survey we have quite a list of places to
try. The suggested restaurants are all
great, but not all can accommodate SEAT.
A couple of really nicely located ones weren’t open on Sunday. Bummer.
Be sure to go to www.SEATRider.com and rate Lupe’s at the Café Survey.
Next month the SEAT lunch is at Melio’s
in Tubac. A very Italian
restaurant. Ed Birch is going to take
the lunch pictures for the club Newsletter.
Be sure to say hi to Ed and let him know who you are.
June is the SEAT overnighter. The Coronado Trail (Old Hwy 666, Hwy 191) is
in excellent condition. Be sure to make
a reservation at one of the Hotel/Motels, this is the beginning of the busy
season and traffic is beginning to pick up.
See you there!
