This was the 10th annual SEAT Christmas
Party and it was most excellent! How we
get by on the weather, I don’t know, we just do.
Bikes began rolling in just a bit after
10:00 am and didn’t stop for three hours.
All together we had 108 signed up (or recognized in the pictures) and
the bike count was close to 70. That’s
a whole bunch of SEAT members!
Just to show our gratitude to all the
SEAT members that have come to the Annual SEAT Christmas parties for the last
10 years (and because of the generosity of those anonymous donators, Dave &
Jere Fredenburgh) we decided to splurge with nothing but the best - glazed ham
and baked turkey. Beer was by Electric
Dave. His ale was very good!
Deserts, deserts, and more deserts! Maybe a few more side dishes next year, our
waist lines can’t handle that many calories!
Thanks to Dick Manning for the traditional SEAT cake! They were all so
good!
Special thanks to John Cartwright III,
Iron Horse Motorcycles, and Cliff Allison, Cochise Motorsports, for all the
terrific door prizes and raffle jackets.
Nice jackets, the Peltons did well!
All the other gifts were donated by SEAT members and their
families. We all really appreciate it. Thank you!
Santa couldn’t do his job without his
helpers. This year we had the best
ever, and a few were even wearing leathers!
Thanks to Doris Faircloth, Keri Pelton and Sumaya Frick for being
Santa’s Little Helpers. The kitchen
crew members were outstanding! Bev,
Jere, Patti, Don, Marianne and all the rest, you were great! The backyard cleaning crew of Kari and Ron
Pelton were right on time! Appreciate
it! Damned if we weren’t all great!
Looking forward to seeing you at the
monthly SEAT lunches (and breakfasts in July and August). Lots of good riding coming up, with a couple
of BMW rallies in our five-state neighborhood.
