      That was a cold ride!  It was in the 20’s when we first opened our garage door.  This was going to bee an electric glove and jacket liner ride for sure.

      Cold as it was it didn’t dampen the spirits of the 39 folks who made the lunch.  There were a few who came in their cages and that’s OK.  Best to come by whatever means than not. 

     The Home Plate Restaurant, now located in the Stage Stop Inn Motel, really took good care of us.  We heard they had spent a late night hosting a private party.  Still, they did good.

     Just another one of those crummy days in paradise, sun out and shining and the parking lot filled with motorcycles.  The cold spell is upon us, layer up and ride safe.

          Next month we lunch at Cindy Lou’s (formerly The Old Wagon Café).  The new management is anxious to see us.  See you there!
