Overnight ride to Ajo

Meet up at the  Circle K gas station (4965 Ajo Way, Tucson). Meet up time: TBD

Stops along the way: Kitt Peak, Sells gas station; Why Not Travel Store; Kris Eggle Visitor Center (Organ Pipe Cactus Nat'l Monument); Ajo Regional Park.

Lodging: Sonoran Desert Inn and Conference Center in Ajo: This is a rather unique and interesting Inn rich in history, is a great experience and worth the money to stay there IMHO.

Dinner: Fat Cactus at the Plaza. A short walk (0.4 miles) from the Inn. 

 

Tuesday, 12/9 return to Tucson area plans: TBD...
